Reporting to both the Global Head of Talent Attraction and Director of People and Culture, you will work with all our teams to support them in delivering award-winning work for our clients.

Responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a diverse skill set, including the ability to provide office management coverage as needed, employee relations, track annual vacation and leave, conduct exit interviews, manage full-cycle recruitment for all agency positions, facilitate new hire onboarding and complete offboarding processes. They should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfortable collaborating with employees at all levels. Additionally, the candidate should work closely with IT to enhance and implement up-to-date systems and processes for optimal efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Qualifications (Skills, Aptitudes, and Experience):

  • 5+ years HR experience
  • 2+ years:
    • Within an independent creative agency working across multiple offices in North America, and across time zones.
    • Working with Rise People HR and Payroll platform and all reporting
    • Working in LinkedIn Talent Hub/Recruiter
  • Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources Management required, with post-secondary education in Liberal Arts an asset
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment across multiple offices
  • Processing semi-monthly payroll for 140+ Employees, across multiple payrolls.
  • Previous experience managing HR Portal and SharePoint through a CMS (Sanity).
  • Able to support the semi-annual performance review process, including the creation of salary increase budget spreadsheets, increase letters, and new employment contracts.
  • Managing a robust, new hire onboarding process.
  • Administering a group health benefits program (Greenshield Canada), and working with third party benefits brokers (Sterling Capital Brokers).
  • Experience developing internal approval flows using Jotform
  • Able to lead Zulu?s Social Committee and organize key agency wide meetings (e.g. bi-weekly All Staffs)
  • Strong organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Employee relations; facilitate actions to resolve employee issues as appropriate
  • Experience in monthly leave/vacation reports with a distributed, creative department.
  • Support the creation of our 20Doors program for New York.
