Your Role as our Administrative Assistant
  • Client Services: Manage email and phone communication with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • HR: Assist in recruiting, hiring and onboarding staff, ensuring a seamless transition into our team.
  • Financial Admin: Organize records of vendors, payments, receipts, invoices and account statements for our accounting team.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Support the management of subcontractors, ensuring timely and successful project execution.
  • Operational support: Provide assistance to the owner in day-to-day operations, contributing to the overall success of the business.
What We're Looking For
  • Exceptional Customer Service: A proven track record of managing customers accounts and expectations
  • Admin Experience: Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we welcome eager learners who can demonstrate their organizational prowess.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be interacting with clients and our team regularly.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency and speedy in common office software .
  • Attention to detail: We're all about the little things, so meticulous attention to detail is crucial to ensuring our administrative processes are flawless.
