We're looking for a Business Recovery Planning Intern - Hybrid in Ottawa

How you will make an impact:

  • Gain an understanding of the BCP at Entrust.
  • Work with various stakeholders to update their recovery plans.
  • Schedule, attend, coordinate, and conduct stakeholder meetings.
  • Perform Program maintenance including updates to internal BCP resources.
  • Assist in the development of presentations to senior executives and internal employee groups to ensure continued awareness.

Qualifications:


  • Current student or recent graduate of a Business Continuity, Emergency Management, or Safety and Security program.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good with details, time management, and planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred

Qualifications:


  • 12 years of relevant experience in Business Continuity/ Crisis Management/ Disaster Recovery, or related education. Project/ Program Management skills and understanding of processes, risks, and controls. Understanding of the Incident Command System. Good working knowledge of NFPA 1600 and ISO Ability to work in a global team.
