Position overview
Responsible for the overall management of tennis and pickleball related activities. Deliver excellent customer service experience to our members, program participants and other patrons. Must maintain a friendly, calm disposition and act professionally with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce and adhere to existing polices and procedures.
  • Plan, assign, coordinate and direct the activities of the staff / pros in cooperation with the immediate supervisor.
  • Address conflicts that may arise.
  • Manage memberships and booking systems.
  • Inspect all courts for safety and quality, make improvements as needed.
  • Monitor supplies and equipment, notify supervisor when replacements are needed.
  • Inform supervisor of any positive or negative feedback regarding the physical facility, staff or public.
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations.
  • Review and followup on injury/incident reports.
  • Ensure rainout line is current.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Excellent communications skills with high professionalism.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Tennis Facility experience or similar complex.
  • Thorough knowledge of the game of pickleball.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience
