  • Provide exceptional customer service for our clients and drivers
  • Organize the customs paperwork (ACE/ACI) and coordinate with US custom brokers
  • Support with billing duties, carrier invoice audition, charges and rates
  • Track and trace, monitor shipment status and update customers
  • Other related operations duties, supporting the department supervisor Qualifications
  • Excellent English and French language skills
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in the transportation / logistics sector
  • Team spirit. Able to work well with others
  • Good communicator
  • Minimum high school graduate
