As an Event Specialist, you will be part of our sales team, and will be the primary contact for clients needing help with décor planning & design, and showroom consults.

You will also be the primary team member responsible for generating quotes on products and services. Following up on customer inquires, quotes and question with the intent to close sales. This role is typically hybrid with one or more other positions on our team.

Overview of responsibilities:

  • Sales of décor rentals, and décor design and planning services
  • Answer a wide variety of incoming communications
  • Discussing and planning event / wedding theme, venue setup and other requirements with client
  • Preparing quotes and processing invoices
  • Being physically available on event day
  • Schedule and attend client meetings on and off site
  • Daytime, evenings and weekend work required as needed

Salary:
$18.00-$25.00 per hour
