About this Role

Reporting to the AVP, Change Adoption & Delivery Effectiveness you will have the opportunity to help build a new team within the newly formed Enterprise Change Office (ECO).

You will contribute to the strategic direction of the Enterprise Change Office and play a key role in the development and implementation of the strategy to elevate Change at TD.

As the Manager, Change Management, Delivery Effectiveness, you can expect to:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Enterprise Change Office and play a key role in the development and implementation of the strategy to elevate Change at TD
  • Manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements
  • Provide a diverse range of strategic, analytic, communication and operational support to the Enterprise Change Office.
  • Support the development, implementation and integration of the strategy plan and quarterly objectives for the team (e.g., collect information, assess priorities aligned to business objectives, track milestones, etc.)
  • Assist with preparing materials for senior executive forums, ensuring adherence to submission guidelines and due dates
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, support a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, quality, innovation and team work

Act as a brand ambassador for your Enterprise Change Office, Change Management community, the bank and industry

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • Seven (7) or more years related experience, working in strategy or project experience
  • Ability to navigate in a space that is not yet welldefined, ambiguous and complex at times
  • Detail oriented with the ability to followup on items or determine appropriate steps for timely resolution
  • Experience writing edit compelling communications, using crisp, clear language
  • Robust organizational skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to succeed in an environment involving multiple stakeholders through strong influencing and relationship building skills, with a professional approach and collaborative mindset
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Integrity, reliability, enthusiasm, and energy to work to tight deadlines
