Originally founded in 1995, Canadian Addiction Treatment Centres ("CATC") operates a network of outpatient opioid addiction treatment centres, pharmacies, and a residential addiction treatment centre in three Canadian provinces (ON, BC and NB).

Utilizing a multi-disciplinary approach, CATC is committed to improving the lives of individuals living with the devastating effects of addiction and lessening the adverse impact on families and society, through the provision of a range of harm reduction and supportive treatments.

Collaborate closely and provide support to the Corporate Controller
Responsible for full cycle accounting for several divisions operating across Canada (A/P, Billing, A/R, Financial Reporting) including being the primary owner of the books and records of these divisions
Responsible for reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts and maintaining all supporting reconciliation schedules
Work closely with the accounts payable, billing, and payroll team to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately
Complete monthly P&L variance analysis and by-location reporting
Assist with the monitoring of key business performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basis
Respond to inquiries from members of the senior management team and other internal and external stakeholders
Prepare other ad hoc analysis and reports on financial matters as required
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a general accountant or similar full cycle accounting role
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Accounting Designation (CPA, CGA, CMA) considered an asset
Experience with QuickBooks and/or similar accounting platform
Experience with full cycle accounting, including A/P, A/R, Billings, Payroll, Financial Reporting, etc.
Prior experience with SAP Concur would be considered an asset
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
