CPP is seeking a skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive team and play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial future.
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of multi-site experience and a proven track record of financial leadership at a scaled multi-site company with revenues exceeding $100 million.
In this role, the CFO will be responsible for helping shape the strategic direction of CPP, guiding the executive and board team through financial decision-making, and leading company fundraising activities.
You will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, providing financial insights and analysis to inform critical business decisions.
Financial Operations:
Oversee all aspects of CPP's financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
Fundraising:
Lead the development and execution of fundraising strategies to secure capital for the company's growth initiatives, including equity and debt financing
Board Management:
Prepare and present financial information to the Board of Directors, ensuring clear and concise communication of the company's financial performance and strategic direction
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
A financial leader within an organization (CFO or other senior leadership role)
