DUTIES:
The incumbent, working within a broad marketing framework, will implement strategies to help achieve the stated global marketing goals as identified in the St.
Involvement focuses on:
- initiating and supporting activities, and advising staff and global partners in areas of brand strategy and awareness;
- enhancing the College and Private Partner's profile through the establishment of strong Go To Market (GTM) strategies aligned to broader College strategies, projecting a positive image of the College and Private Partner College by developing geographically-relevant marketing collateral aligned to established priorities and strategies; including but not limited to standalone and co-branded print collateral, advertising, radio, video, digital content and automations, productions, publications, reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
A minimum of a 3-year diploma/degree in a field of study such as Marketing, Public Relations, Integrated Marketing Communications, or Digital Marketing.
Other Required Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and communications in a global context.
- Demonstrated creativity and expertise in the planning and development of global advertising and promotional materials using a variety of marketrelevant media (digital, print, radio, video) to produce professional publications, reports, advertisements, video productions, etc.
- Ability to prioritize and organize a heavy workload, meet deadlines and work under pressure to complete multipletask assignments.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in the English language, with demonstrated ability to write clearly and creatively, with proper grammar.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and consultation skills.
- Well organized, detailoriented and accurate.
- Ability to work effectively in a selfdirected manner and in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work outside of core business hours on a regular basis to liaise with international partners.
Physical/Work Environment Essential Requirements:
Normal computerized office environment. Light lifting (up to 5 kg or 11 lbs.) may be required. Sitting for long periods at a computer station with flexibility to change position. Occasional travel between campuses is a requirement.
The successful incumbent must have the ability to report to the work location or work temporarily from a remote location with reliable internet access, as approved by the College and in accordance with the college's Telework Policy.
