Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain an organized and attractive inventory of preowned vehicles.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate vehicle pricing and merchandising to optimize profitability.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and motivate a highperforming sales team.
  • Set sales targets and performance goals for individual team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance sales techniques and customer service skills.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Foster a customercentric culture focused on delivering an exceptional buying experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Implement strategies to encourage repeat business and customer referrals.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance to senior management.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure compliance with all OMVIC regulations and dealership policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain the quality and accuracy of sales transactions.
  • Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales, with a focus on preowned vehicles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
