Our client is a Canadian family owned manufacturer in business for over 50 years . They are located in the west GTA. They are in three major markets Canada , USA and Europe , They sell directly and as well through agents. They are a leader in designing new products and sell to automotive, food processing , chemical and aerospace to name a few . They are seeking a Leader that can with the General Manager build a sale strategy and the development plan to execute. You have 5 years experience in a Leadership role working in Canada , with experience in the United States and Europe markets . You have a Business Degree or Engineering Degree along with a exceptional understanding in technical products and sales teams .
