  • Receive and process parts orders from internal and external customers
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
  • Coordinate with vendors to source and purchase parts
  • Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage parts inventory
  • Assist technicians with locating and retrieving parts for repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Assist with demand planning and forecasting for parts inventory

Experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Parts Clerk or in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components is a plus
  • Familiarity with sourcing and purchasing processes
  • Proficiency in using CMMS software for inventory management
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain cargo

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$19.00-$24.00 per hour
