**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and process parts orders from internal departments and external customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary parts and materials
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area
- Assist in the fabrication of custom parts as needed
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track parts usage and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with the demand planning team to forecast parts needs
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership or automotive environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of various systems and components
- Proficiency in using a forklift for material handling purposes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes
- Basic computer skills, including experience with CMMS or inventory management software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
