- Responsibilities:

- Receive and process parts orders from internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
- Coordinate with vendors to source and purchase parts
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and manage parts inventory
- Assist technicians with locating and retrieving parts for repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Assist with demand planning and forecasting for parts inventory

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working as a Parts Clerk or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical components is a plus
- Familiarity with sourcing and purchasing processes
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for inventory management
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to obtain cargo

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
