We at beBee Professionals are looking for a Support Analyst to join our team in Coquitlam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and internal teams.


The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience in customer service and technical support.

The candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

The Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, providing technical advice, and resolving customer complaints. The candidate should also be able to identify and document customer requirements and provide feedback to the development team.
