Tâches/Responsabilités
Nous recherchons actuellement un professionnel polyvalent pour assumer le rôle de Scrum Master / Gestionnaire de ProjetsTI lors d'un contrat initial de 6 mois, potentiellement renouvelable.
MANDAT
- Gérer un projet essentiel de consolidation des sources de données
- Animer les réunions, guider l'équipe sur l'agilité, monitorer les avancées et faciliter l'efficacité
- Superviser la planification, consigner les objectifs, évaluer la portée et anticiper les conséquences
- Encourager l'amélioration continue, la centralisation, la sécurité et l'organisation optimale des données
- Collaborer au sein d'une équipe TI regroupant environ 10 à 15 membres (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, QA, etc.)
PROFIL
- 10+ ans d'expérience en TI
- Expérience solide en tant que Scrum Master / Gestionnaire de Projets
- Connaissance approfondie de l'environnement Agile
- Expérience en modélisation de données
- Maîtrise d'ETL, Snowflake, Databricks
- Aptitude à jouer un rôle composé à environ 75% de Scrum Master et 25% de Gestion de Projets
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou équivalent
- Bilinguisme requis (Anglais indispensable, Français opérationnel)
