You'll be responsible for receiving goods for the hotel, completing receiving records, ensuring that invoices flow seamlessly through our payment cycle and monitoring the completion of all supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

About you
:

  • Passionate about numbers and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
  • Previous experience in a back of house hospitality role, a team player, hard worker, multitasker and detail oriented.
  • Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24hour operation.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working with Birchstreet and Kofax.
  • Able to lift and unload deliveries up to 30 lbs and have loading dock maintenance experience.
