Base salary of 60,000 + commission eligiblerole

 

Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales through greater penetrationwithin existing accounts, while also prospecting and buildingbusiness with new accounts
  • Ensure our highCustomer Service Standards are met or exceeded during everyinteraction
  • Customer relationship management;develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
  • Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on aregular basis
  • Problem solve and the ability toconduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensureappropriate solutions are found and employed
  • Contribute to the team to ensure key performanceindicators are met on an individual and branch basis

 

Requirements:

  • University degree required.
  • 3-5 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experiencespecifically in the Safety sector a plus)
  • Astrong knowledge of the Industrial Sales market is highlypreferred
  • Requires outstanding customerservice skills and the ability to work in a team setting with adiverse group of employees, managers, and outsideparties
  • Excellent organizational,problem-solving, time management and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and oral/writtencommunication skills
  • Demonstrate a friendlyand professional appearance
  • Proficient use ofcustomer database systems and contact managementsoftware
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Experience with a CRM system isrequired.
