The Role

  • Prospect for new clients and maintain existing relationships with a hunter instinct to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with the healthcare industry and chase new opportunities.
  • Strong communication and customer-centric skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust pipeline of leads in the medical field with decision-makers.
  • Achieve business growth within own territory.
  • Maintain existing relationships with current accounts through meetings and presentations.
  • Convert identified prospect leads to clients through active cold calling and negotiation.
  • Set clear objectives and strategize with other departments for collaborative growth.
  • Create monthly territory analysis and demonstrate personal development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience and bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in business.
  • Previous CRM experience using Salesforce and commanding experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent company ownership and pride, able to retain complex medical terminologies and product knowledge.
  • Ability to proactively drive results and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

  • $80,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
  • Commission and regular bonuses available.
  • Phone reimbursement, gas, and mileage coverage.
  • Benefits 80% paid by the employer including dental and extended medical coverage.
  • 3 weeks paid vacation and 5 sick days/personal days.
