Outside Sales Representative

We are excited to hire a Sales Representative with a focus on PPE and Glove supplies. This is a full-time position, with exceptional benefits and an opportunity to become an important part of our rapidly growing company. This is a perfect position for someone who wants to grow and learn to manage both simple and complex sales. The role is clear: Build and execute a plan supported by strategy to grow your sales and margin to achieve your sales budget within your territory: This position is supported with a comprehensive on-boarding, training and mentoring program designed to help you make an immediate impact on growing your sales and gross margins.
Base salary of 60,000 + commission eligible role
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
- Ensure our high Customer Service Standards are met or exceeded during every interaction
- Customer relationship management; develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships
- Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis
- Problem solve and the ability to conduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate solutions are found and employed
- Contribute to the team to ensure key performance indicators are met on an individual and branch basis
Requirements:
- University degree required.
- 3-5 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experience specifically in the Safety sector a plus)
- A strong knowledge of the Industrial Sales market is highly preferred
- Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, time management and negotiation skills
- Outstanding analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance
- Proficient use of customer database systems and contact management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with a CRM system is required.
