Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Public Relations & Communications Lead to shape and drive our client's public relations and communications strategy. Pay Rate: up to $90K/year (based on experience)Location: Edmonton, ABShift: Monday to Friday Job type: Permanent | Full-time Responsibilities: Develop and implement quarterly PR and communications plans aligned with organizational priorities. Manage website, newsletters, social media, and paid advertising to ensure cohesive brand presence. Lead media outreach, including pitching stories, coordinating interviews, drafting releases, and monitoring coverage. Build efficient systems (SOPs, templates) and coach the team to produce approval-ready deliverables. Monitor campaign effectiveness using GA4, UTMs, and other analytics tools; provide actionable insights for improvement. Qualifications: Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in PR/communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Hands-on experience with CMS, email marketing, social media, and advertising platforms.Strong strategic thinking, exceptional writing skills, and proficiency in planning and data analysis.Some travel and occasional evening/weekend work for events required.Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
