- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and present financial information to senior management.

Summary
Insurance Finance Manager oversees planning, compliance, and risk. The Banking Finance Manager manages planning, compliance, and liquidity. Both require relevant experience, degrees, and regulatory knowledge.
