Key responsibilities

· Établir et mettre à jour les procédures de lavage des équipements, et s’assurer de leur respect;

· Optimiser les procédures de lavage afin d’en améliorer l’efficacité et l’efficience (eau, temps produits chimiques, énergie, rejets);

· Participer aux analyses de causes et à l’élaboration de plans de mesures correctives suite à des non-conformités qui pourraient impliquer des problèmes de sanitation;

· Collaborer avec le fournisseur de produits chimiques, tenir à jour une liste de plan d’action et s’occuper de son suivi;

· Collaborer avec le fournisseur de lutte anti-parasitaire, tenir à jour une liste des plans d’action et s’occuper de son suivi;

· Faire le suivi du programme de calibration des équipements d’usine;

· S’assurer de la formation des employés sur l’utilisation des produits chimiques et les procédures de lavage;

· Développer et suivre le programme d’entretien sanitaire;

· Développer et exécuter le programme d’entretien des locaux (hauteur, ventilation);

· Développer et exécuter le programme de validation de nettoyage des équipements;

· Contribuer au programme de gestion environnementale en auditant la procédure de disposition des déchets et en étant responsable de l’élimination de certaines matières dangereuses;

· Participer à d’autres équipes de travail de l’usine;

Qualifications and skills

· Formation en génie alimentaire préféré (sinon chimique, sinon mécanique); ou

· Formation en sciences et technologie des aliments; ou

· toute autre formation liée à une expérience pertinente.
