POSITION SUMMARY

Are you an emerging sustainability professional looking to make an impact this summer? If you are, then get in touch because Delphi is seeking Intern Analysts to join our corporate sustainability team

The goal of Delphi’s internship program is simple: We want to teach you how to transform your education and passion for building a better future into practical skills that will help you maximize your impact. To get you there, you’ll have an experienced mentor who will be invested in your growth, provide regular feedback and help guide you as you enter into the world of professional consulting. Additionally, by joining Delphi, you will be joining a diverse group of like-minded, purpose-driven experts, who will be happy to share their knowledge and experiences with you.

As a small business, we give our interns more responsibilities than other organizations to accelerate their development. We also might be biased, but our clients are some of the most innovative, interesting companies in Canada. So, if you spend your summer with Delphi, you will gain exposure to a breadth of fascinating projects and clients across our various service areas. You won’t get that experience anywhere else.

Our ideal candidates for this internship will be postgraduate students enrolled in programs relevant to what we do, such as Business with a Sustainability focus, Sustainable Business, Sustainable Development, Sustainable Finance, Environmental Law, Environmental Studies, Environmental Engineering, Public Policy or similar. To excel in the role, you will need to be a strong communicator, be extremely well organized, be able to work as part of a team or on your own and have strong problem-solving skills.

“Fit” with our unique corporate culture also means a lot to us. We’re a people-first shop, guided by our core values of integrity, transparency, teamwork, excellence and having fun. So, we would love to learn more about your personality and passions through your application and the interview process.
