Student, Corporate Sustainability

Fidelity Canada is seeking a Student, Corporate Sustainability to support the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability data in support of Fidelity Canada's internal and external sustainability reporting.
This role will involve working with key internal partners to maintain the accuracy and consistency of sustainability data, monitoring and assessing competitor Corporate Sustainability programs, and reviewing pertinent sustainability standards and frameworks.
The ideal candidate will have completed an internship in a role with a focus on sustainability or Environmental, Social & Governance, and possess a Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, business, or finance with a specialization in sustainability.
The successful candidate will be an Excel and PowerPoint superuser, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:- Support collection of enterprise-wide sustainability data and supporting documentation for external and internal reporting needs.
- Support the calculation and management of Fidelity's Greenhouse Gas inventory.
- Maintain the accuracy and consistency of sustainability data generated internally or from partners.
- Monitor and assess competitor Corporate Sustainability programs on an ongoing basis.
- Review and monitor pertinent sustainability standards, frameworks, and regulations.
- Assist in organizing sustainability-related employee engagement events.
- Completed internship in a role with a focus on sustainability or Environmental, Social & Governance.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences, business, or finance with a specialization in sustainability.
- GHG Accounting accreditation or knowledge a plus.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
