Our family in Rural Rocky View, is seeking an experienced nanny to provide exceptional care for our infant and toddlers on a part-time, live-out basis. The position includes housekeeping and laundry, with a focus on creating a safe and stimulating environment for our children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of infant and toddler care. Candidates must possess a valid CPR certification and have previous experience working with newborns and young children. A criminal record check will also be required. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $18.00 and a warm and welcoming work environment. We are looking for someone who is able to start around mid-September (depending on when baby arrives). We have a 4 year old son and a 2 year old daughter and are due with our 3rd child on August 20th. We're looking for an extra set of hands to help juggle all three kids and our home. I am a stay at home parent, so what I'm looking for is for someone to take care of housekeeping, laundry and assisting with the children. Each day would likely look a little different, depending on the needs of the day. We want to find someone who the kids love being with. Someone who is trustworthy, responsible, patient, kind, caring, creative and fun. Someone who likes being outside, as my kids love the outdoors (We live on 4.4 acres, 5 minutes outside of Airdrie). Someone who is able to stay off their phone while engaging with the children. And someone who can keep up with the kiddos never-ending energy and the big emotions and moments that come with being children. We need someone who could be flexible with days of the week and hours worked. We could provide our weekly hourly needs a week or so in advance. We are looking to fill roughly 20-25 hours/week with the possibility of slightly more, depending on the week. We are needing someone who is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4:00pm to 8:00pm-ish. We would prefer someone who could work some weekend hours from noon to 5:00pm-ish. Cleaning hours are flexible. In addition to helping with the kiddos, weekly responsibilities will include a full-house clean and laundry. Daily responsibilities will include ensuring that the kitchen is clean before heading out and a general tidying of the home including kids toys/items.
