The scope/responsibilities of the position require general legal practitioner skills, including: drafting, reviewing, negotiating, creating and updating a wide variety of agreements (including, but not limited to technology evaluation agreements, statements of work, order forms, and master service agreements) reviewing and monitor law developments, advise business partners as necessary and address potential impact and risk to the company (research skill, online research tool experience nice to have) Help advise the business with respect to risk and other applicable legal matters. Help maintain company-wide policies, guidelines and practices on applicable legal matters. 2-5 years of relevant legal technology and privacy experience(in-house or corporate experience is an asset)~ A Bachelor's degree is an asset ~
