As a Director, Marketing

HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Strategic Planning and Vision Setting: Developing and articulating the overall marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals, and providing a clear direction for the creative, social media, and digital growth teams.

  • Campaign Development and Execution: Overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are cohesive, brand-consistent, and designed to engage the target audience effectively.

  • Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics for campaigns, social media activities, and digital growth initiatives to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all marketing efforts, from visual content to messaging, reflect the brand's identity and values consistently across all platforms.

  • Risk Management and Crisis Communication: Anticipating potential challenges or risks to the brand's image and developing plans to address them proactively. In the event of a crisis, supporting the communication strategy to protect and maintain the brand's reputation.
