This worldwide company is based in an easy access area of Westmount and is looking to hire a contractual position that could lead to a permanent one with further growth
Position: Bilingual Customer booking specialist ONSITE
Duration: Contract to permanent
Location: At the border of Westmount and Downtown Montreal
Salary: $23 - $24 hourly
Schedule: Daytime Full-time

Responsibilities
- Inbound calls; Processing customer requests and data via email or calls.
- Respond and take care of customer problems and inquiries.
- Act as liaison between customer and sales
- Update bookings when necessary and notify all affected parties of changes.
- Coordinate with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of shipments
- Assist clients and transfer to the right department accordingly.
Qualifications
â¢Based in or around Montreal
â¢Forwarding/shipping, transportation experience is a must
â¢Strong interpersonal and communication skills
â¢Ability to multi-task time sensitive issues
â¢Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
â¢Well organized, ability to handle stress & meet tight deadlines
â¢Knowledge of the Office suite, ease to understand customer oriented software's.
â¢Sales Force /CRM an asset
â¢Bilingual (French & English) an asset
