Role and Responsibilities

                                                                                                         

The Financial Analyst will be responsible of the following:

Responsabilities:

·       Reconcile various subledger accounts to the General Ledger.

·       Approve and create projects in Oracle.

·       Analyse Inventory accounts for preparation of Inventory allocation

·       Validate that financial structure for projects is accurate.

·       Enter all changes to price and costs in Oracle for relevant projects.

·       Prepare month end journal entries.

·       Maintain existing reports extracted from current systems (Oracle, Planisware).

·       Prepare and analyse the Warranty provision.

·       Maintain all internal process documentation.

·       Preparation of adhoc reports using Power BI, Oracle, Planisware & Excel.

 

Requirements:

â¢University degree in finance or accounting.

â¢1 to 3 years of relevant experience in project accounting in a manufacturing environment.

â¢Â Strong in data analysis, system and reporting tools.

â¢Good knowledge of ORACLE.

â¢Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access).

â¢Additional education may be substituted for some experience.

â¢Bilingualism in both French and English is required.
