-Estimated length: 3 months
-Location: Toronto
-Hybrid role- onsite twice a week (Wednesday is anchor day).

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager of Learning, the Technical Writer is responsible for the design and creation of documentation for technical and non-technical audiences (including procedures, user manuals, technical training materials and job aids where appropriate).
- They will ensure that documentation is consistent, professional, and technically accurate.
- The Procedure Writer will work closely with internal partners and business Subject Matter Experts to research and verify content.
- They will also collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives for documentation deliverables and processes, as well as various other administrative tasks such as planning and scheduling.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
- Technical Writer experience- 5 years
- Procedural writing experience- 5 years
- User manual experience- 5 years
- Tool guide experience- 5 years
- Microsoft Word- 5 years

NICE TO HAVE
- Banking experience- 1 years
- Financial Industry experience
