Responsibilities
Responds to incoming calls from external customers regarding technical questions about products and provides information on pricing and inventory.
Processes customer orders and coordinates their logistical organization.
Manages customer complaints following internal procedures.
- Authorizes credit notes for returns of defective products and promotions.
- Reviews daily customer order reports and resolves non-compliant cases.
- Sends out announcements to customers regarding new products, promotions, and price changes.
- Monitors performance indicators and various reports to ensure compliance with order and return standards.
- Collects and communicates customer feedback to management.
- Performs additional tasks as required by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications
ï· College or university degree in business management, administration, or a related
field.
ï· Minimum of 10 years of experience in customer service.
ï· Basic experience in customer order logistics management.

SKILLS
ï· Ability to adapt to constant changes.
ï· Leadership skills.
ï· Communication skills.
ï· Experience in a manufacturing environment.
ï· Proficiency in SAP (asset);
ï· Bilingual in spoken and written French and English;
ï· Knowledge of the HVAC field (asset).
