The Nitty-Gritty of What you'll be doing:
- Conduct hiring, training and supervision of BDC Representatives
- Receive, document and respond to all business units' internet-based and telephone service inquiries and leads
- Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us
- Effectiveness in converting internet leads into service and sales appointments
- Identify customers that may be “lost” and develop a strategy to reconnect with them and regain their trust and business.
- Monitor effectiveness of the BDC Service Representatives
- Work with CRM
- Accurate and diligent reporting daily
- Work closely with user integration and data analytics
Some superhero traits we are looking for:
- Ability to lead, prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations.
- Customer service guru, in other words a people person.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Computer literate and telephone savvy.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in inbound/outbound sales.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License upon employment.
