    What will you do?

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Execute a variety of HR processes in support of employee pre-screening, transfers, compensation, leaves and time off

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Use Workday, ServiceNow, and other applications to analyze HR requests to determine the best course of action

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Partner with other HR team members to provide best in class employee experiences

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Where needed, engage with employees to explain technical HR processes in an accessible and easily understood manner

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Ensure employee data is accurate and complete

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Be an active contributor to both your individual team, and to the wider HR Operations community

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by asking questions and sharing knowledge and best practices

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Work as part of an agile team responsible for end-to-end delivery of business needs

     

    What do you need to succeed?

    Must-have

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Ability to pivot quickly from one priority to another

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Strong MS Office skills â Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Ability to conduct transactions with a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality, in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Privacy and Risk policies

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â   

    Nice-to-have

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Ability to learn and apply new processes and concepts quickly

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Bilingual in French and English is an asset

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  HR Administrator or business administration experience

    â¢Â Â Â Â Â Â Â  Ability to prepare accurate documentation with a high standard of presentation and confidentiality

  • Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Winter 2025 Student placement with a start date of January 2025, and end date of April 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2025 ; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
  • Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying - candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.
