We are seeking a dynamic Brand Strategy Manager to lead the charge in developing, executing, and assessing brand strategies for our portfolio of products (Pharmaceuticals) . Your mission will be to increase revenue and market share through innovative and effective strategies. You will cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric approach that prioritizes patient outcomes. As the internal and external ambassador for your assigned brands, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing comprehensive marketing programs that drive commercial success while adhering to both local and global regulations.

Your role will involve close collaboration with Sales, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Compliance, and global teams, as well as professional services vendors. This ensures the timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of all activities. Additionally, you will develop and implement a robust Omnichannel Customer Engagement plan in partnership with global teams. Your focus will be on leveraging customer insights, measuring success, and continuously evolving tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Responsibilities
-Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within marketing budgets.
-Identify key customer needs, drivers, and barriers.
-Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses, assessing the marketing mix to evaluate cost-effectiveness and results.
-Utilize knowledge of key markets and customers to generate insights, develop strategies, and tactics.
-Conduct market research programs and monitor market trends.
-Identify opportunities for innovative promotional channels, focusing on Omnichannel Customer Engagement tactics.
-Leverage knowledge of competitor products to create effective product differentiation.
-Build, validate, and refine brand-specific forecasts.
-Participate in the S&OP process by accurately reflecting unit-level demand.
-Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to optimize supply allocation.
-Develop and maintain key contacts with different target audiences to understand marketplace dynamics.
-Cultivate and maintain long-standing relationships with national and regional KOLs and advisors.
-Plan, organize, and execute Consultant Meetings in collaboration with Medical and Compliance teams.
-Build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on patient centricity and acting with integrity.
-Partner with various cross-functional teams to execute projects.
-Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field
Experience:
-Minimum 3 years in Field Sales
-Minimum 5 years in Brand Strategy Management
-Education: MBA preferred
-Certifications or Designations:
Other Pharmaceutical Industry training
CCPE preferred

Experience:

-Experience in new, innovative Omnichannel areas
-Sales Management, Analytics, Market Access experience strongly preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

-Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, drug prescription process, and prescription drug distribution process.
-Strong grasp of pharmaceutical marketing/commercialization methods, tools, and concepts.
-Excellent Project Management skills.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and innovate.
-Effective collaboration in team settings and independent work capability.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Global mindset.
-Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
