Responsibilities
â¢Handle customer inquiries, providing information about products, orders, deliveries, and promotional services
â¢Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating issues when necessary
â¢Manage communication with consumers, responding to product inquiries, and addressing concerns or complaints
â¢Provide product-related advice and information to consumers, based on a thorough understanding of the product, its ingredients, usage instructions, and benefits
â¢Coordinate with our team of sales representatives to provide information about the nearest retail stores or online platforms where consumers can purchase the product
â¢Share information about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers with consumers.
â¢Uphold strict standards of privacy and confidentiality in line with the organization's data protection policy and legal requirements
â¢Assist in crisis management situations, providing appropriate guidance and information to consumers
â¢Solicit feedback and suggestions from consumers and customers, forwarding this information to the relevant teams for further action
â¢Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Qualifications
â¢Completed college degree (DEC)
â¢Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative; telephone experience strongly preferred
â¢Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
â¢Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
â¢Excellent listening and communication skills
â¢Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
â¢Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
â¢Strong work ethic, hands on approach, high attention to detail
