Position: Bilingual Client Care Representative
Shift: Monday - Friday, 12pm to 8pm
Salary: $24.10/hour
Location: North York, ON (Remote- Hybrid - infrequent travel to the North York office may be required)

Responsibilities
- Answer all inbound calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner in both English and French
- Ensure all information is accurately entered into the system
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries regarding insurance claims
- Review customer accounts to ensure the best possible service
- Strive for First Contact Resolution on all calls
- Perform other duties as necessary

Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English (reading and writing)
- 1-2 years of call center experience is mandatory
- Strong typing skills
- Proficient with MS Office and technology
- Ability to travel to North York location for team events
- Team player, motivated, outgoing personality
