We are currently looking for individuals to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, as an ID Provisioning Analyst.

This role is a hybrid position supporting the Markham location.

Advantages

- Hours of operation: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- 6-month contract
- Pay Rate: $22.48/hr
- Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities
As a ID Provisioning Analyst, you will be providing users with appropriate system access and provide administrative support for processing sanctioning requests.

Duties include:
â¢Ensure ticket lifecycle does not exceed defined standard Log requests
â¢Following up on outstanding items
â¢Providing instructions and status updates to users in a clear, professional manner
â¢Performing user administration across various applications and systems including Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP and assorted business facing applications
â¢Prioritizing and managing multiple requests based on urgency/impact of request
â¢Handling all telephone demand & email inquiries from brokerages, LIAs & internal stakeholders for system access inquiries, support requests, and guidance inquiries
â¢Handling all Broker & customer requests end to end
â¢Trouble-shooting & identifying root cause of technical issues where applicable

Qualifications
â¢Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceâ¯
â¢IAM experience
â¢Experience with Access Management technologies, including: Active Directory, IBM Security Access Manager and LDAP
â¢Customer service oriented
â¢Strong written and verbal communication skills
â¢Excellent problem solving skills
â¢Interpersonal & organizational skills
