Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Shift: Day shifts - 4 week days and 1 day on the weekend
Hours of Operation: 8:30am - 5pm
Salary: $25/hr
Location: Woodbridge, Ontario (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
In this Bilingual Customer Service Representative the following are your responsibilitites:
-Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls in English & French in addition to email and online chat
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Handle inquiries, troubleshootng and relationship building
-Collaborate on special projects

Qualifications
To excel in this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you possess the following qualifications:
-Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment
-Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills in both English and French
-Thrive in a fast paced environment
-Troubleshooting is an asset
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
