Job Description

Summary of the Job
As a key member of the Veolia Water Technology and Solutions technology team, you will work with stack, membrane and application developers in our product development, to perform validation and new product introduction testing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing/implementing special tests relating to product validationSetup & conduct routine tests in the R&D LabSummarize findings and report back information to lead engineersSupport improvement of in-house material screening processes / toolsCollect water samples and conduct analytical testsSupport technology staff to resolve technical issues in manufacturing.Instrument calibration and maintenance
Qualifications

Education & Experience
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field. Extensive experiencein water treatment, testing and/or working in a lab environment could be substitutedfor a degree.1-3 years Water treatment or water chemistry experienceProficient in English, written and spoken, to communicate technical information toteam and upper managementFamiliar with plumbing and electrical equipmentSelf motivated worker, both independently and as part of a teamHands-on skillsGood problem solver
