As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing a crew of approximately 14 people. You must ensure their work is carried out in a safe and professional manner that adheres to Onsite Sign's & Sign Industry standards. As the work varies from day-to-day, our candidate must have a professional work ethic, ability to adapt to change, and strong problem solving skills. Your organization and ability to understand the job at hand is crucial.


Duties & Expectations:

  • Managing day to day operations of employees and installations.
  • Purchasing and distributing tools and equipment as needed.
  • Booking equipment servicing and inspections.
  • Shop inspections and maintenance.
  • Assisting in accident reduction and investigations.
  • Assisting with employee onboarding & training.
  • Assist in trailer loading and securing.
  • Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices and completion of required safety documentation.
  • The ability to lift up to approx. 50 lbs.
  • Mature driver. Experience towing trailers & securing loads.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy & flexible.

Qualifications:

  • Sign fabrication & installation experience is a strong asset.
  • Leadership for Safety Excellence or equivalent Supervisor & Safety Training
  • Occupational Health & Safety Committee Level 1 & 2 is an asset.
  • Must have VALID 5 Driver's Licence, clean abstract, and reliable transportation.

Position is Monday to Friday (7 AM to 5PM) Some weekend work may be necessary.

Wage negotiable based on experience.
