OPENTEXT
OpenText is a global leader in information management, where innovation, creativity, and collaboration are the key components of our corporate culture. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to partner with the most highly regarded companies in the world, tackle complex issues, and contribute to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.

OpenText Business Network is a cloud platform that facilitates efficient, secure and compliant collaboration across digital ecosystems of people, systems and things. The platform comprises solutions that simplify the inherent complexities of business-to-business (B2B) data exchange and offers insights that drive operational efficiencies, speed time to revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Product Manager specializing in e-Invoicing and e-Reporting to join our team. This role is critical as we navigate the increasingly complex landscape of global e-Invoicing mandates and seek to enhance our existing solutions. The Product Manager will help with the strategic planning, development, and implementation of e-Invoicing and e-Reporting solutions, ensuring compliance with international regulations and driving continuous improvement in our processes.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

As a Principal Product Manager you will:

  • Ensure that e-Invoicing solutions are optimized for current and future needs, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Lead efforts to enhance our current e-Invoicing solutions, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap for e-Invoicing and e-Reporting, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and compliance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with international e-Invoicing and e-Reporting regulations, particularly in complex regions.
  • Ensure that our e-Invoicing processes comply with all relevant local and international regulations, reducing risk and avoiding penalties.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, PS, Sales and IT teams to integrate regulatory changes into our systems and processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Proven track record of managing complex product initiatives across multiple regions, particularly in countries with stringent regulatory requirements like Brazil, India, Italy, and Mexico.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, or financial technology.
  • Deep understanding of global e-Invoicing and e-Reporting regulations and best practices.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Technical proficiency in e-Invoicing systems and the ability to work closely with IT teams on system integration and automation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSPO) is a plus.

ONE LAST THING

If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for product management and deep expertise in e-Invoicing and e-Reporting, we encourage you to apply and help us navigate the complexities of global compliance while enhancing our product offerings.
