Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounting Analyst is responsible for administering daily accounting activities within the Finance team. He/She will perform a range of general bookkeeping and accounting support functions, while providing high quality services in an efficient manner. The ideal candidate has excellent organisation and communication skills, is self-motivated, and can work in a high-volume and fast-evolving environment.

Responsibilities
Operations Support - 60%

âReconcile multi-currency payment processors
âProcess accounting journal entries
âCollaborate closely with the other departments within the finance team to liaise and share information
âCarry out other accounting related tasks as needed

Reporting - 30%

âPrepare monthly banking reconciliations
âProvide analyses of movements within various accounts
âProvide support with the month-end closing process
âAssist with audits by providing required supporting documentation
âManage and maintain efficient and accurate filing

Continuous Improvement - 10%

âAct as resource for more junior staff by providing guidance and support, answering questions, and bringing forth potential solutions
âAssist the Finance team in the development and optimization of systems
âParticipate in creating, drafting and maintaining policies and procedures

Qualifications
â D.E.C. ou licence en comptabilité
â 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
â Maîtrise avancée des logiciels Microsoft Excel et Word.
â Familiarité avec les logiciels de comptabilité (par exemple, SAP), un atout.
â Bonnes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français.
