Built on proprietary, patented technology, Lumi provides software, hardware, and services that assist Issuers, registrars, or event organizers in securely registering delegates, conducting live, secure polling, managing Q&A sessions, and generating relevant reports. We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Director. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and overall performance of our sales department. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Identify new market opportunities, target segments, and sales channels to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and customer service initiatives. # Team Leadership and Management: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and collective success. Set clear performance expectations, establish sales targets, and track progress against goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement training and development programs to enhance the team's skills and capabilities. # Business Development and Relationship Management: Leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to expand our customer base and increase market share. # Sales Operations and Performance Analysis: Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization. Analyze sales data and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Develop and implement effective sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency and productivity. # Sales Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and positive sales culture, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and best practices across the team. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective cross-functional collaboration. # Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats. Translate market insights into actionable sales strategies and tactics. Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth. Strong business acumen and strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve outstanding results. Relentless, tenacious approach to sales leadership. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and customers. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve sales performance. Deep understanding of the industry, market dynamics, and customer needs. #
