Key Responsibilities

·Develop innovative sales strategies tailored to global luxury markets.

·Lead, inspire, and grow a dedicated sales team to exceed targets.

·Forge and enhance strategic client relationships.

·Scout and capitalize on expansion opportunities both in North America and internationally.

Requirements

·At least 10 years of sales leadership experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.

·Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
