We Are Looking for a Passionate Bartender to Join Our Team

As a bartender, your priority will be to provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a personalized experience at the bar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks while maintaining a clean and well-organized bar. You will ensure setup and restocking before and after each service, guaranteeing a welcoming and efficient environment for our regular clientele.

YOUR ROLE IS CRUCIAL

  • Ensure impeccable service quality, anticipating and promptly responding to guest needs.
  • Warmly welcome guests at all times and help them have a memorable time.
  • Expertly and creatively prepare and serve cocktails and drinks, following the latest mixology trends.
  • Create and regularly update the cocktail menu, proposing new original creations.
  • Describe the wine and drink list, recommending relevant food and wine pairings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including garnish preparation and stock management, ensuring setup and restocking at the beginning and end of service.
  • Supervise and mentor the bar assistant.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times and interact with guests to ensure they feel welcome and valued.
  • Know the hotel's offerings and schedule to provide complete information to guests.
