What are we hiring for in our stores?

Seasonal Associates work in collaboration with the store teams to Inspire a Life of Style and provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers. Seasonal Associate roles are available in the following areas (needs of each location will vary):

Working with Customers (Sales Associates, Gift Wrapping):

Sales Associates:

  • Deliver extraordinary service to our customers by proving a warm and welcoming greeting and assisting with their needs within assigned areas of the store
  • Seamlessly refers customers to other employees for more specialized sales and service requirements
  • Other duties as assigned

Gift Wrapping:

  • Delight our customers by wrapping and packaging purchases to elevated Holt Renfrew standards and ensuring packaging supplies are ready and available throughout the day
  • Other duties as assigned

Ensure compliance with privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about the brand and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings

Pourquoi embauchons-nous dans nos magasins?

Les conseillers(ères) saisonniers(ères) travaillent en collaboration avec les équipes des magasins pour inspirer une vie sous le signe du style et offrir des expériences de shopping extraordinaires à nos clients. Les postes de conseillers(ères) saisonniers(ères) sont disponibles dans les domaines suivants (les besoins de chaque magasin varient) :

Travailler avec les clients (vente, emballage-cadeau) :

Conseiller(ère) à la vente :

  • Offrir un service extraordinaire à nos clients en leur réservant un accueil chaleureux et en répondant à leurs besoins dans les zones qui vous sont assignées dans le magasin
  • Orienter les clients vers d'autres employés pour des besoins de vente et de service plus spécialisés
  • Autres tâches assignées

Préposé(e), emballage-cadeau :

  • Ravir nos clients en emballant leurs achats selon les normes élevées de Holt Renfrew et en veillant à ce que les fournitures d'emballage soient prêtes et disponibles tout au long de la journée
  • Autres tâches assignées

Assurer le respect en matière de protection de la vie privée, des réglementations et des mesures de cybersécurité.
