Join our team in Mississauga, Canada, as a Controller with SAP expertise. You'll play a pivotal role in financial reporting, SAP implementation, and month-end closing activities. Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Execute financial reporting duties, including preparation and analysis of statements, in compliance with US GAAP standards.
- SAP Implementation Support: Provide support in SAP implementation projects, assisting with configuration, testing, and user training as needed.
- Month-End Closing Assistance: Assist in coordinating month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Aid in the development and maintenance of budgeting models and forecasts to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Compliance and Controls Adherence: Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls, contributing to periodic audits to mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis, with exposure to SAP.
- SAP Exposure: Familiarity with SAP modules, particularly in financial accounting and reporting (FI/CO), is preferred.
- US GAAP Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP principles and their application in financial reporting.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.
