Cloud Chamber is looking for an experienced and adaptable Senior Producer to work closely with multidisciplinary teams centered around AAA game development. Our project goal is no less than standard-setting player feel and responsiveness with AAA presentation. We need you to make sure the pipeline flows smoothly.

Job Details:

  • Work with the Design Leads and Directors, Engineering, and Production to establish processes and pipelines to support development.
  • Drive and review process & manage deliveries and milestones and sprint deliveries.
  • Coordinate with outsourcers and co-dev partners to maintain visibility and project cadence.
  • Assist in the identification and management of external partners and individual contractors attached to the team.
  • Manage deliverables for Designers, Artists, and Engineers to create a high quality immersive and fun experience.
  • Manage dependencies for the team. Both external needs and needs which are required from the team.
  • Coordinate day-to-day management of teams to ensure clear priorities are being focused on, risks are being mitigated, and blockers are removed.
  • Continually push visibility of the team’s work and deliverables in all directions, catering for the relevant audience.
  • Create and continually update the schedule for each team member, considering larger milestones and dependencies.
  • Create scenarios based upon the data we have in order to help make informed decisions.
  • Drive quality: balancing Form & Function.
  • Manage expectations of Directors in the team’s deliverables but also manage the Directors to ensure the team understands the vision/direction/feedback completely.
  • Mentor and manage intermediate and junior producers on your team.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

You’re a clear communicator and can collaborate seamlessly with your team. You understand creative personalities and are able to act as the structure to their fantastical visions. You get things done You have experience and knowledge to share, and a desire to improve not only your skills, but add to the development and optimization of our workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years previous experience in AAA game development or at least two titles shipped.
  • Familiar to fluent in JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Google Suite.
  • Ability to drive teams to deliver AAA quality design and supporting tools.
  • Familiarity with next gen game development.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with outsourcing or co-development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends in world building and interactive storytelling.
